WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
unAuthX decides why and how the details you send are used. Contact: team@unauthx.com.
ENTER THE LEAGUE FORM
What we collect: your handle and email (required), and your city, Team status and what you break (optional).
Why: to tell you when registration for the first Season opens, and to plan that Season. That means which Operators need a Team, which Missions to build and which cities to reach.
Your handle is not published at this stage. Nothing from this form is shared with partners.
PARTNER ENQUIRY FORM
What we collect: organisation, organisation type, your name, role, work email, the partnerships you are interested in, and your message. Organisation, name and work email are required.
Why: to reply to your enquiry and discuss a partnership. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising trackers. No payment details.
No network address in the clear. To block automated abuse, we keep a salted one-way hash of it for rate limiting. It expires within a day, and expired records are deleted at least once a month.
Your browser remembers your scroll position for the current tab. That never leaves your device.
HOW IT IS PROTECTED
Your details travel over HTTPS. Our backend encrypts each submission before storing it. The key that decrypts it is held offline, not with our hosting provider. We decrypt submissions on a secured machine only when we need to act on them. We delete working copies when done.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider. Emails you send us are held by our email provider. Both may store and process data outside India.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Form submissions: up to 12 months from the day you sent them. They are deleted within a month after that. Ask us, and we delete them sooner.
Emails about a form or a request: the same period.
If your organisation signs a partnership agreement with us, the agreement sets what we keep.
A deleted record can remain in our hosting provider's recovery backups for up to 30 days. After that it is gone.
AGE
Registration interest is open to people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not send the form. If we learn that we hold details of someone under 18, we delete them.
YOUR RIGHTS
- 01Ask for a summary of what we hold about you and what we do with it.
- 02Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
- 03Ask us to erase it.
- 04Withdraw your consent at any time. We then stop using your details and delete them. Withdrawing does not undo what we did before.
- 05Name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
- 06It costs nothing.
HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST
Email team@unauthx.com from the address you used on the form. Put DATA REQUEST in the subject and say what you want. We reply to that address to confirm it is you, then act within 30 days.
Withdrawing consent takes one email. Every email we send about registration also tells you how to stop them.
GRIEVANCES
Grievance Officer: team@unauthx.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
If this notice changes, we update the version and date above. If a change affects details you already sent, we email you before it applies.
