WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE.

India's Competitive Hacking League. Hackers compete solo or in Teams of up to 4, in structured Seasons, executing Operations inside authorised, isolated Cyber Ranges. Every Result will be recorded. Every Hacker will be ranked.

01

WHAT THE LEAGUE IS

The League turns hacking skill into a measurable, competitive sport. Seasons, Matches, Missions, X-RATING and X-RANK.

It is built as a league, not an event: Seasons that build toward a Championship, public rules, verified Results and one champion.

  4. MISSION
  5. OBJECTIVE

02

WHO COMPETES

Operators. An Operator is an individual competitor, known by a handle. The handle is your public competitive identity, unique across the League.

Hackers, red teamers, security researchers, engineers, university hackers and independent researchers. If you hack, the League is built for you. Break In. Legally.

  1. 01One human per Operator account.
  2. 02People who design a Mission do not compete in it.
  3. 03Real names stay private on competition surfaces unless the Operator opts in.

PENDINGFull eligibility (age, employment conflicts, identity verification) is set in the first Season’s rulebook.

03

SEASONS

A Season is a bounded competitive period with its own identity, calendar and final standings. Every Season is numbered and named.

MATCHES

A Match is a timed competitive unit: a set of Teams, a format, a clock and a verified Result. Matches are identified as M-01, M-02 and so on within a Season.

Each Season sets its format in its rulebook: duration, Teams and Cyber Ranges.

  1. ANNOUNCEDPublished. View only.
  2. REGISTRATIONRegister, form or join a Team.
  3. SCHEDULEDTime and range assigned.
  4. CHECK-INConfirm roster, verify identity.
  5. LIVEClock running. Captures score, marked PROVISIONAL.
  6. COMPLETEClock ended. FINAL — PENDING VERIFICATION.
  7. VERIFIEDAn Official signs off the Result.
  8. PUBLISHEDResult is official. X-RATING and X-RANK update.
  9. PAUSEDOnly an Official can pause a Match. Submissions stop. Paused time never counts.

PENDINGThe first Season’s format is published when registration opens.

05

MISSIONS AND OBJECTIVES

A Mission is a designed attack scenario inside a Cyber Range, identified as X-001. Each Mission carries Objectives, identified as X-001.1, X-001.2 and up.

An Objective is a verifiable goal: a foothold, a privilege escalation, and at the top, the Crown Jewel.

X-001.1 EXAMPLELOCKED

Not reachable yet. Another Objective opens it.

X-001.2 EXAMPLEAVAILABLE

Open. Nobody has captured it.

X-001.3 EXAMPLECONTESTED

Teams are actively working on it.

X-001.4 EXAMPLECAPTURED

Validated. Points awarded.

06

SCORING

A Score exists only inside a Match. These rules hold whatever the model:

  1. 01Points come only from validated captures of Objectives.
  2. 02Scores are whole numbers.
  3. 03Every Score can be broken down into the captures that produced it.
  4. 04Live Scores are PROVISIONAL until an Official verifies the Result.
  5. 05Paused time never counts toward any time factor.
  6. 06First Blood is the first validated capture of an Objective in a Match.

PENDINGThe scoring model (point values, bonuses, penalties, tie-breaks) is published in the first Season’s rulebook.

07

X-RATING AND X-RANK

Rating and rank are different things. A Score lives inside one Match. X-RATING and X-RANK live across Matches.

X-RATING
A persistent estimate of your competitive skill. It moves only when a Result is published. Carry-over between Seasons is set in the first Season’s rulebook.
A NUMBER · EXAMPLE 1,842
X-RANK
Your official position in a ranking pool at a point in time. Which pools exist (Season, all-time) is set in the first Season’s rulebook.
A POSITION · EXAMPLE #07

PENDINGThe X-RATING algorithm and X-RANK method are published before the first Season’s Results.

08

TEAMS

Operators compete solo or as Teams of up to 4. A Team has a name, a roster and a record that stays with it for good, even if the name changes.

PENDINGCaptain rules and transfers are set in the first Season’s rulebook.

09

PROGRESSION

Every Season ends in one final: THE BREACH. One champion. The Result is announced only after it is verified.

  3. VERIFIED RESULTS
  4. X-RANK
  5. THE BREACH
  6. CHAMPION

THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED.
WE HAVE A CHAMPION.

This line is used only after the champion is verified.

PENDINGThe qualification path to THE BREACH is set per Season.

10

INTEGRITY

Every Match runs inside an explicitly authorised, isolated Cyber Range. Nothing outside the range is ever in scope.

  1. 01Operators attack only the assets inside the assigned range and Mission, and only while the Match is LIVE.
  2. 02Anything outside the range is prohibited: the platform, scoring, other Teams, venue networks, any real-world system.
  3. 03An unintended path found in a Mission is reported to Officials. Officials decide whether it scores.
  4. 04Sharing solutions, captures or access between competing Teams is prohibited.
  5. 05One human per Operator account.
  6. 06Handles and Team names cannot impersonate Operators, Officials, sponsors or real organisations.
  7. 07Penalties escalate: warning, score penalty, Match disqualification, Season disqualification, league ban.

PENDINGAutomation and AI-tool policy is stated in each Mission brief. Appeals window and Officials are named in the first Season’s rulebook.
